Why we collect it

We use form information to review early-access interest, respond to inquiries, learn about potential pilot partners, plan the product, and communicate about Parkly's pilot program or prelaunch updates. We do not sell information submitted through the form.

How submissions are processed

Form submissions are sent securely from Parkly's website through Microsoft Graph to Parkly's business email account. Microsoft and the providers that host and deliver this website may process information on Parkly's behalf as needed to provide those services. Their handling of information is also governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate for a prelaunch marketing website, including server-side form delivery and protected credentials. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention

We may retain early-access submissions for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate interest, communicate with you, plan pilots, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. Because Parkly is prelaunch, we do not promise a fixed retention period. We will delete information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legitimate recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted by emailing info@goparkly.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Children

This website and Parkly's early-access program are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and Parkly does not knowingly seek personal information from children.

We may update this policy as Parkly, the website, or our practices develop. The revised policy will appear on this page with an updated effective date.
